McKernon BarnIt’s a perfect match: we are close in age, both have high standards, love timber frames, and are rooted in New England but willing to travel.

CabinHardwick Post & Beam is proud to announce our new partnership with the McKernon Group in Brandon, Vermont, an environmentally responsible design/build company. Founded in 1987, McKernon has experience with a wide variety of construction styles. Our companies will collaborate on the design and construction of both residential and commercial projects throughout Vermont and the Adirondacks. McKernon’s role will involve site work, foundation, and completion of the project.

The new Adirondack camp with Scandinavian roof detail was a McKernon collaboration with architect Nils Luderowski. The other small photos show examples of McKernon workmanship on interiors.
